Revenge Sleep · Effective 5 September 2026
Revenge Sleep has no server. There is nowhere for your information to be sent, because no such system exists. Everything the app does happens on your iPhone.
The sections below explain what that means in practice, including the one case where information leaves your device.
Revenge Sleep is made by Troi Irons, operating as FE26, a sole proprietorship based in California. Questions about this policy go to t.irons@fe26mgmt.com.
Revenge Sleep finds your next commitment, subtracts the time you need to get ready and travel, and tells you how much sleep you would get if you went to bed right now.
None. We do not collect, receive, store, sell, or share any personal information. We operate no servers, no databases, and no analytics. We have no way to identify you and no record that you use the app.
The app saves the following in its own private storage on your iPhone. It stays on your device and is not transmitted anywhere:
Deleting the app removes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else.
If you subscribe and turn on calendar sync, the app reads your upcoming events so it can find your next commitment. This includes any Google or other accounts you have added in iOS Settings, because those appear in the iPhone's own calendar.
Those events are read into memory while the app is calculating and are never saved and never transmitted. Close the app and they are gone. You can revoke calendar access at any time in iOS Settings.
This is the one case where information leaves your device, so it is worth being exact about.
If you turn on live drive time, the app asks Apple Maps how long it would take to drive from where you are to your next appointment. To answer that, Apple receives your approximate location and the destination address. That is a request to Apple's mapping service, handled under Apple's privacy policy. We never see it, never receive it, and never store it.
Location is only used for this. It is not tracked, logged, or used for anything else. You can decline it, and the app will use the drive time you enter yourself instead. You can change your mind at any time in Settings inside the app or in iOS Settings.
Revenge Sleep Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment. We never see your card details, billing address, or Apple Account. All we learn is whether an active subscription exists on the device, which is what unlocks the paid features.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
The app contains no advertising, no tracking, no third-party analytics, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. Nothing you do in the app is used to build a profile of you, and nothing is shared with data brokers or advertisers.
The only outside parties involved are Apple's own services: Apple Maps for drive-time estimates, and the App Store for purchases.
Revenge Sleep is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone. Because we collect nothing at all, we hold no children's information.
Privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act give you rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal information, and to know whether it is sold or shared.
We hold no personal information about you, so there is nothing for us to produce, correct, or delete. We do not sell or share personal information, and we never have. The information stored on your device is under your control and is removed by deleting the app.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how the app handles your information will also be noted in the app's release notes.
